Payments
Clients do not have to make any payments for most project until after they receive a sample and are satisfied with it. Major adjustments that a client request will be fixed and a new sample will be provided before they are required to make payment. Minor adjustments to the sample that are requested will be completed on the FINAL project after payment has been made. Some projects will require a deposit.
Acceptable payments
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, personal check, money order. Personal checks may take up to 10 business days to process. Echecks may take up to 4 business days to process. *MoneyGrams are not accepted.
Client Approval
When clients approve the provided sample and process payment, only minor adjustments can be made. Major adjustments can be made, but only as a new project.
Website updates
After a website page is complete, updates must be purchased separatley from the design cost of the website. *NOTE: A website page is considered complete when it has been uploaded once.
Rush Service
Two types of rush services are available when a client cannot wait the estimated 2-4 business days for project completion. I offer a "Next-day Rush Service and a Two-Day Rush service. There are rare periods when I cannot offer rush services, these times are noted at the top of my website when applicable. A project is considered to use rush service when a client request less than 3 days for completion. Even if the client does not complete the order within the specified time, rush service is still charged because I had to make the project a high priority.
