Payments
Clients do not have to make any payments for their design project until after they receive a sample and are satisfied with it. Major adjustments that a client request will be fixed and a new sample will be provided before they are required to make payment. Minor adjustments to the sample that are requested will be completed on the FINAL project after payment has been made.
Acceptable payments
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, personal check, money order. Personal checks may take up to 10 business days to process. Echecks may take up to 4 business days to process. *MoneyGrams are not accepted.
Client Approval
When clients approve the provided sample, only minor adjustments can be made. Major adjustments can be made, but only as a new project.
Website updates
After a website page is complete, updates must be purchased seperatley from the design cost of the website. *NOTE: A website page is considered complete when it has been uploaded once.
