Q. What programs do you use to design? |

A. I love MOST Adobe programs. I use Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, After Effects, 3D Studio Max, and a few not so major programs. |

Q. How is my quote/pricing computed? |

| |
A. I have a standard price list for the start of every project. Depending on how many or how big your project is, will determine additional cost. |

Q. How do I get WetGFX to design my project? |
| |

A. First, all clients need to complete a quote form. After WetGFX receives the quote form, the client's project will be reviewed, and then the client will receive a price quote. After all information/photos have been received by WetGFX, a sample will be provided before payment is required for most projects. (more info) |

Q. How long is a projects Quote valid? |
| |

A. A project quote is valid for 3 months. After 3 months, the quote price may raise or lower so clients will need to submit another quote form. |

Q. How do I update information/photos on my website or myspace? |
| |
| |
A. I will provide guidance for Myspace updates upon request. Website updates should not be completed by a client unless they have experience in doing so. I do offer an Update Plan, starting at $20/month. This plan coveres the updating fees for photos and text. Payment is made on a month-month/ pay-as-you-go basis, no contract necessary. (more info) |

Q. How do I pay? |

A. Payment by credit/debit cards and bank transfer are processed securely by PayPal on the payments page. Personal checks/Money orders are also accepted via mail. MoneyGrams are NOT accepted. (more info) |

A. No, MoneyGrams are not accepted. You can pay via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, personal checks, cashier's check, or money order.(more info) |
